A simple recipe to make a plant-based Flan, with impressive results!

Ingredients Checklist

  • 1 liter of vanilla soy milk

  • Vanilla flavoring

  • 3/4 cup of sugar

  • 3 1/2 tbsp of neutral oil

  • 3/4 cup of cornstarch

  • A pinch of turmeric for color

Preparation Steps

Step 1

Bring 80% of the milk to a boil with the sugar, oil, and vanilla flavoring

Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining cold milk and add the turmeric

Mix everything together and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C
