Speculoos Tiramisu

Plant-based tiramisu without mascarpone, using a blend of tofu.

Ingredients Checklist

  • For 6/8 parts:

  • 500g firm tofu (standard tofu)

  • 300g silken tofu

  • 250g sugar

  • 200ml soy milk (or other plant-based milk)

  • 5g agar-agar

  • 1 medium lemon

  • Cocoa powder

  • Vanilla flavoring

  • Speculoos/biscoff biscuits (~150g)

  • Coffee

Preparation Steps

Step 1

Blend the tofus, sugar, vanilla flavoring, and lemon juice together

Meanwhile, bring the milk and agar-agar to a boil, then combine everything

Layer the cream alternately with speculoos cookies dipped in coffee (or a plant-based milk/vanilla mixture), then dust with cocoa powder

Let chill for 2 hours in the fridge
