Easy plant based shortcrust pastry to make pies or directly for shortbread cookies

Ingredients Checklist

  • 2 + 1/3 cups of flour

  • 1/3 cup of sugar

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 2/3 cup of vegetable butter

  • 5 tbsp of cold plant-based milk

Preparation Steps

Combine all ingredients and mix with hands without overworking the dough

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, wrapped
