Caramelized apples, chestnut cream and cinnamon
For the apples:
2 apples
15g vanilla sugar
Four-spice mix (or just cinnamon)
A dash of oil or plant-based margarine/butter
For the batter:
250g flour
350g chestnut cream
300ml plant-based milk
25g neutral oil
Cinnamon / four-spice mix
Vanilla flavoring
1 packet baking powder (7.5g)

Sauté the apples with the sugar, spices, and oil

Combine the two mixtures and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
